Cornerstone CBO is a community based organisation (CBO) registered and operating in Ahero, Kisumu County, Kenya. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly, in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us through our contact form:

We also collect anonymised, aggregated usage data through Microsoft Application Insights. This includes pages visited, browser type, and approximate geographic region. No personally identifiable information is included in this analytics data.

We do not collect payment information. Any donations made through M-Pesa are processed entirely by Safaricom and subject to their terms.

Data Storage and Retention

Contact form submissions are stored securely in Google Sheets, hosted by Google LLC on servers that may be located outside Kenya. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this transfer and storage.

We retain your contact information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was submitted, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at info@cornerstonecbo.org.
